Seville, is the fourth main city in Spain and it is located in the middle of Andalucía. Appreciated because of its sunny weather and its nice people, is one of the Country touristic references. Culture mixtures suffered by the city along its History, make Sevilla to have a very interesting monumental center. Inside this cultural inheritance, we can emphasize some important buildings as 'La Giralda', the Golden Tower, the Cathedral or 'Los Reales Alcázares'. Over both sides of Guadalquivir river, Seville was developed according to its natural enviroment, having the biggest river port of the Iberican Peninsula. Open to land, sea and air, the communications of the city was strongly reforced thanks to the 1992 Universal Exposition, when it was built a new modern airport, a high speed railway and a better road network. These improvements have made Seville the strategic center in South Europe. |
